Our mission is to help you overcome depression and anxiety and rebuild your future. These conditions can affect all areas of your life. In our counselling sessions, I explore the root causes of your feelings and work together to create a personalised recovery plan. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to share openly, my view is that everyone deserves the chance to change and grow through a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I have extensive experience alongside my counselling practice as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS working in Mental Health services and Substance Misuse services. I can not provide direct prescribing advice, however I can share knowledge and navigation of Mental Health services and signposting for additional support alongside our work together. During our sessions, other things to consider might include regular exercise, prioritising sleep hygiene and focussing on nutrition.
